Looking to trade at Grill-n-Chill

    Have you booked your pitch for this years Grill-n-Chill yet? We’re planning to make this one of the best shows of the year and every effort is made to offer a good selection of appropriate traders! If you want to join in too, just  complete the form below with your all details, including the type of items you offer and we’ll get back to you.

    The trade village will be open all weekend and our event is aimed at families so please bare this in mind with your products. We pride ourselves on offering visitors a selection within the trade village – we carefully select our traders so that we don’t end up with lots of the same type of stalls.

    All traders must have public liability insurance to trade at Grill-n-Chill. We require a copy of you policy to allow you to trade at our event. If you don’t have a valid insurance certificate then you cannot trade.

    Catering traders

    The Hop Farm supply all the catering for our event and we always make sure we have a variety of food stalls open throughout the weekend.

    Please complete and submit this form if you would like a trade plot at Grill-n-Chill 2020. Submission of this form does not guarantee a trade plot. Anton will confirm with you as we only have a limited number of trade plots available and we try to make sure we have a balance of traders that will work for our visitors. The cost of each trade plot includes 2 adult trade passes.
